Refund policy
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled, as all products are personalized and made exclusively for you. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact.bylyne@gmail.com
Returns, substitutions, and order withdrawal: Lasts 30 days:
- Please note that once an order has entered production, it becomes non-refundable;
- In the event that you would like us to produce a new design using an alternative photo, a fee of US$10 per image will apply, as this entails restarting the entire creative process.
- Please note that once your order has been placed, a full refund cannot be issued, even if production has not yet started. In the case of a refund request, only a partial refund can be provided.
- A US$20 fee per design will be deducted from the total, as each product is custom-created exclusively for you.
No email was sent to me after I completed my purchase:
- Please verify that the email linked to your order is correct and functional, allowing us to proceed with your order.
- If you don’t get any message afterward, please reach out to us and check your spam folder, since our emails might not be coming through.
- If this happens, kindly provide another email so we can send you the preview of your order.
What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
- In cases where an item arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement right away. All you need to do is send us a photo clearly showing the damage;
